Pool Construction Technician
Help build our custom pools layer by layer — excavation, liner and plumbing, structure and finish.
About the position
Our pool crew builds natural-shaped, landscape-integrated pools, including Bio.design layered systems.
You will work through every stage of the build, from shaping the excavation to plumbing, mesh, structural coats and finishing, under an experienced pool lead.
What you'll do
- Assist with excavation shaping, beach entries and benches
- Lay protective fabric and EPDM waterproof liners
- Install pool plumbing, inlets, suction points and lighting
- Place reinforcement mesh and apply resin-quartz coatings
- Install expansion joints and finishing layers
- Start up and hand over pools with the pool lead
What you bring

Must have
- 1+ year in pool, plumbing or concrete work
- Mechanically minded, careful with detail
- Comfortable working in the excavation in all weather
- Valid G licence
Nice to have
- PVC pressure plumbing experience
- Electrical or low-voltage lighting basics
- Bio.design system training (we provide it)
