The Role

About the position

You run the site day to day: reading drawings, setting out the work, keeping the crew safe and productive, and making sure what we build matches what the client approved.

You work directly with our designers and the project lead, and you are the face of Two Queens on site.

The work

Most of our work is residential — interlock patios and walkways, natural stone walls and steps, planting beds, grading and drainage, and full-property builds that pull it all together. A typical project runs from a few weeks to a full season, and you see it through from the first locate to the final walkthrough with the homeowner.

Planned before it reaches you

Drawings are approved, materials are ordered and the schedule is realistic. Your job is to turn that plan into a clean, well-built site — and to tell us early when something on the ground doesn't match the paper.

Hands-on leadership

You lead from the front, set the standard for how the crew works and help the next generation of installers learn the trade the right way.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

01

Lead the crew

Run a crew of 3–6 on residential landscape and hardscape builds — set the pace, share the load, keep morale up.

02

Read the plans

Lay out site plans, grades and elevations so what goes in the ground matches what the client approved.

03

Plan the day

Line up work, materials and equipment with the project lead so the crew never stands waiting.

04

Hold the standard

Own the quality of base prep, compaction and finishing — the work underneath is the work that lasts.

05

Run a safe site

Toolbox talks, PPE, locates and traffic control. Everyone goes home the way they came.

06

Talk to the client

Walk homeowners through progress and flag changes early, before they become surprises.
