Interior Project Manager
Own our renovation projects end to end — schedule, budget, trades and the client relationship.
About the position
You are the client's single point of contact from signed contract to final walkthrough.
You build the schedule, order materials, coordinate our crews and trades, run the budget, and make sure every room is handed over as designed — on time, and without surprises.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule 4–8 concurrent renovation projects
- Manage budgets, change orders and progress billing
- Coordinate crews, subtrades, permits and inspections
- Order and track materials and long-lead items
- Run weekly client updates and site meetings
- Close projects with deficiency lists and clean handover
What you bring

Must have
- 3+ years managing residential renovation or construction projects
- Strong with schedules, budgets and client communication
- Comfortable reading drawings and Ontario Building Code basics
- Organized, calm and decisive under pressure
Nice to have
- PMP or construction management diploma
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar software
- Bilingual English / French
